Ingredients

Ginger

Cooking method

  • I got two such jars: 300 ml of water, 60 grams of sugar, 60 ml of vinegar, 9 grams of salt (large stone).

  • - We cut it very thinly into strips. It is good to do this with a slicer or vegetable peeler.
  • - Boil water (according to the recipe), and blanch chopped ginger in it for 1-2 minutes after boiling water.
  • - We put the ginger in jars.
  • - We do not pour out the water, but add the rest of the ingredients to it, bring it to a boil and fill the jars with it to the top.
  • - We put to sterilize. Small jars of 250 ml. - sterilized for 5 minutes each.
  • - Close with lids and put on the lid until it cools.

  • The second option for pickling is without sterilization.
  • Ginger is poured with a lukewarm marinade, lightly pressed down with a load.
  • Stand for 3 days.
