Gravy "Creamy mushroom"

Ingredients
Any mushrooms (champignons) 10-12 pcs.
Onion 1 large head
Cream 10% 300-400 ml
Salt, pepper, spices, fresh parsley
Fresh garlic 1-2 cloves
Oil for frying vegetables
Cooking method

- Mushrooms, onions, simmer in oil, add crushed garlic.
- We bring vegetables to readiness.
- Salt, pepper, season to taste, taste.
- Add the cream, bring to a boil, put on the smallest heat and boil down the cream to the desired gravy density.
- You can add 1-2 tbsp for density. l. torment - but I don't. The density turns out to be quite normal in order to pour the gravy side dish.
- At the end of stewing, add a little fresh parsley, finely chopped.

Everything is ready!

Note
A familiar situation when, for example, cutlets with pasta (potatoes, rice) are served at the table, but they turn out to be dry, if you do not season them with some kind of gravy or sauce.

I suggest a quick gravy option that cooks quickly - while the cutlets are fried.
This sauce is used hot (I have not tried it cold), it can be stored for a while in the refrigerator and even frozen.

You can grind the gravy in a blender (mixer), and we get a wonderful, delicious creamy mushroom sauce, which can also be poured over side dishes and meat.
