Ingredients

Wheat flour 2.5 measuring cups
or 350 g
Liquid (1 egg + water) 200 ml
Kefir starter culture 2 large st. l. with a slide
or 40 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Instant mashed potatoes 1/4 measuring cup

Cooking method

  • Hitachi oven, measuring cup 240 ml. baking mode basic 3.50, medium crust.
  • We put all the ingredients in a bucket and put them in the oven, and we get a good lush bread, all nostril and yellow-white inside.
  • The use of kefir starter culture had a positive effect. With a flour weight of only 350 grams, a small bun was obtained, but when baking, it swelled so much that it almost got out of the bucket, and Hitachi has a vertical bucket.
