Semolina meatballs with fruit jelly
Category: Others

Ingredients:
Semolina thick porridge
Fresh or frozen fruits
Water 50 ml.
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Frying oil
Cooking method

Everything is very simple!

Thick semolina, fresh or leftovers from yesterday

Form the koloboks-meatballs from the porridge, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil until crusty.
At the same time, we are preparing a thick jelly gravy.

Various fruits from the freezer (or fresh), I had apricots and raspberries.

Put fruits in a cup, add sugar to taste and microwave for 3 minutes.

Now dissolve in 50 ml. cold water 1 tbsp. l starch, pour into the fruit, stir, and again in the microwave for a minute until it boils.

The sauce is ready!
Put the meatballs on a plate, pour over the sauce - come to the table!

I sat reading about semolina meatballs with jelly. Romochka, thank you, my dear, for such wonderful kindergarten memories! I loved them so much. In general, I was a "abnormal" child and loved porridge, especially semolina. And the jelly was blowing pots with my sister.

Only I have no one to feed such cramps. My husband will kick me out of the house. He hates semolina porridge, and the children completely rejected jelly, although they are generally omnivorous.

Or maybe the children should try it all the same? You can not tell them that it is jelly. Sauce and that's it. You yourself know - whatever you call the ship, so it will float to you. You asked me a task.

I don’t understand, but what does the milk cooker have to do with it? She's not involved in the recipe, or I don't understand something
