Ingredients

Cooking method

  • We make a mixture of 4 beaten eggs, 4 tablespoons of matz flour (can be replaced with plain or ground crackers), 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1/2 bag of baking powder for dough, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of dry chicken broth (marak of amiti), 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • Place the cauliflower inflorescences in a baking dish and pour over the mixture. Bake at 180-200 ° C until tender.
