Tanyulya, thanks for the recipe!
It turned out very tasty! And not troublesome!
I did it in Panasonic on baked goods, 40 minutes (20 on each side). As a result, the "fur coat" was not fried too much, and the fillet was soft. Just like we love!

A very interesting idea. I don't have miraculous pots, but I think that it will work in a frying pan, only I will need to cut the file thinner
irza
Thanks for the recipe! Can you repeat this in foil and in the oven?

py. sy. What is OM?
Antonovka
irza,
OM is olive oil

And it would be nice - where did the idea for the recipe come from?
Tanyulya
Siberian, thank you, glad you liked it.
Summer resident, and in a frying pan, of course, you can, before only in a frying pan I did it, I just have all sorts of miracle pots, but there are no frying pans now: pardon:
irza, in the oven, in foil it is possible, but the taste will be slightly different, the potatoes will be stewed-baked there (I have tried it), when, as it were, frying occurs, it looks more beautiful.
Valkyr, the idea of the recipe is so old, I don’t even remember, I’m making pork and chicken, making different fur coats (potatoes, sesame seeds, almonds, seeds, cheese) From old magazines, my grandma worked in the canteen all my life, they are like that with potatoes always did .... so where did the idea come from ... from life .. I've been doing this for 20 years ...
All the best and thank you
lina
The idea is really not new, even when I was at school - my mother fried cutlets in such a "fur coat" in a pan, of course

Tanyulya, looks sooooo delicious! From your recipes and photos I want to buy a cuckoo
Tanyulya
Lina, thank you for your kind feedback. If you think about it, buy it, I think you will not regret it. (y) All the best to you.

How about a multicooker? What do you advise? I'm thinking about making baked goods. I wanted to cook something like that for dinner, it looks very appetizing.

You can also fry in it on Baking, fry for 10 minutes on each side, and then, to be sure, close the lid and 5 minutes under a closed lid. Or you can just fry it in a frying pan. look there when ready. Good luck.

I thought about it, thanks! And lately, too lazy to mess with a frying pan. I like mulka more: girl_haha: I'm going to marinate fillets, as I felt I needed.

PS: the people at home are delighted, I did it in a slow cooker, baked for 40 minutes, turned it over once.

And today I added pumpkin and celery root to my fur coat. It turned out very tender and tasty. My men said that it tastes much better than just potatoes.
For 5 medium potatoes 200g pumpkin and 100g celery. Salt, pepper, egg and 2 tablespoons of rye flour, therefore. too much liquid was discharged.
Once again, many thanks for the idea. The chicken in a fur coat has taken root with us

Oh, and we have got so accustomed. That's really, really and quickly and not troublesome, and looks decent on the table. Thanks again for the recipe.
Tanyulya
Summer Resident, GiraffeThank you very much for your feedback. Bon Appetit.
Summer resident, thanks for the additions. I will make myself without chicken ... only a fur coat
Giraffe
Yes, for a long time I have already had a fur coat without chicken as a side dish. Literally a month later, as I found out about this dish. And I call the dish itself "Chicken breast under a potato coat." Rhymes well
