My hubby decided to join culinary creativity and made me make zrazy with filling only from fried onions. I tried in vain to offer him anything else to add, but the number did not work.

Zrazy with fried onions

Exit - 8 pieces

500 gr mixed minced meat (50:50 pork and beef)
1 medium potato
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
50 grams of instant oatmeal
100 ml milk
1 table. a spoonful of tomato paste
salt, pepper, herbs, seasonings to taste

Pour the oatmeal with milk and wait until the milk is absorbed and you get a viscous mass (I poured it in the morning and cooked it in the evening). Grate potatoes on a fine grater. Chop the onion very finely, pass the garlic through a press. Add all the mince ingredients and mix well.

For filling
Cut 1 large onion into small cubes and simmer in vegetable oil with the addition of a drop of butter (for the smell) until very light golden brown. Sprinkle slightly with Provencal tavas. Put the cooled onion on a paper towel to absorb the oil.
Grease hands with vegetable oil. Roll a teaspoon of the filling into each meal. Dip in breadcrumbs and fry over low heat in vegetable oil.

Well, how mentally it turned out! This onion "sweetness" gave the zraz an awesome taste!
