Once in our favorite Croatian restaurant we ordered a dish with a funny name "Pechka Vechka". These were zrazy with sheep's cheese. I have nothing against sheep's cheese, but it was kind of a smelly nightmare when hot. I liked the idea.
It remains only to replace the sheep's cheese with cow's and add a tomato.
It turned out very juicy and tasty. The husband awarded "many stars", did not specify the figure, he simply grinded 3 pieces at once, which is not in his habits.

Beef zrazy with cheese and tomatoes

500 gr ground beef
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
50 grams of instant oatmeal
100 ml milk
50 gr cottage cheese
1 table. a spoonful of tomato paste
salt, pepper, herbs, seasonings to taste

For filling
100 gr of pickled cheese
1 tomato

Exit - 7 pieces

Pour the oatmeal with milk and wait until the milk is absorbed and you get a viscous mass (I poured it in the morning and cooked it in the evening). Chop the onion very finely, pass the garlic through a press. Add all the mince ingredients and mix well.
Grease hands with vegetable oil. Roll a slice of cheese and a slice of tomato into each meal.
Dip in breadcrumbs and fry over low heat in vegetable oil.
