Soup sauce

Ingredients

meat (veal or pork)
large onion 1 PC.
hot chili 1 PC.
big tomatoes 4 things.
tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
potatoes 4-5 pcs.
Bay leaf
greens
dry basil and marjoram
butter or ghee

Cooking method

  • Cook meat, add only salt.
  • Separately fry a chopped large onion in butter (I do this with ghee).
  • Scald the tomatoes, remove the skin, chop, add to the onion.
  • Add ground black pepper and ground red hot pepper, tomato paste, a couple of bay leaves, whole hot chili pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Add boiled and cut meat and a little broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Put potatoes, cut into large pieces, and everything that has been stewed into a saucepan.
  • Many different herbs: dill, parsley, basil, citron (marjoram).
  • Bring to readiness.

Tried it ...... very tasty. though later I replaced the chili pepper with 4 cloves of garlic ..... otherwise it was very sharp and I am still burning

Yes, it's hot. But I forgot to write that you can hold the pepper in the soup until it is hot, and then take it out. Not always, but sometimes I do it.
