Shelled walnuts 100 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Cream cheese 200 g
Prunes (added from myself) 4-5 pcs
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • We bake the beets in foil in a 200 g oven for an hour. When it has cooled down, we clean it (it is better to do it in advance), grated it three times, squeeze the juice. Add chopped garlic (preferably through a press) and prunes, chopped nuts, salt, pepper, mix. Spread the pancakes laid out in the shape of a rectangle (overlapping) with cheese (do not spare the cheese, it took me more), on top - a mixture with beets, wrap in a roll, wrap in foil and refrigerate for at least an hour. In general, almost a beetroot salad wrapped in a roll ..

  • Need to:
  • 3 glasses of milk (cream) with the addition of beer (for example 2.5 glasses of milk and 0.5 glasses of beer. In the absence of beer, just water)
  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt and 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 g melted butter
  • vanilla if the pancakes are to be with a sweet accompaniment.
  • Mix everything well and let stand for half an hour for the flour gluten to develop. I sometimes added a couple of tablespoons of sourdough. Also a great addition. And we bake. No oil !!
  • Further. If you plan on filling pancakes, you can wrap them in whatever you want. And you can just sweet pancakes without filling. Then do not put butter in pancakes, but add about 3 tablespoons of vegetable. As each pancake is baked (also without butter) - put the ready-made on a plate, brush with melted butter (about 2 tsp on a pancake) and sprinkle with 1-2 tsp. sugar - who loves as sweetly. And so all the pancakes are folded in a pile, smearing. After baking is finished, take the entire stack and turn over. You will eat from the bottom. The sugar will completely dissolve by this time and it will be delicious.

My pancakes are always the same size (I have a huge pancake pan). I don't like it when there are a lot of eggs in pancakes. I fry a huge amount of pancakes, put out a bunch of everything that can serve as a filling, a tub of sour cream, chocolate sauces - and away we go. A very suitable idea for children's DR. Rare kids don't like pancakes. This is first. Secondly, it is not necessary to feed adults, but it seems necessary. And here everyone is happy: adults crush pancakes with salmon, bacon; children - with nuts, condensed milk, sweet cheese, cottage cheese. Everyone is full and happy, but you are alive and want to have fun, and not die of fatigue. And it seems there is a general idea of ​​the table. The competition for the most artistic gnawing of the pattern (as we once cut snowflakes from napkins - the principle is the same) - in general, it always goes with a bang.
