Meatballs with apple and mint

Ingredients

0.5 kg minced meat (lean pork or poultry)
2 green apples
2 teaspoons dried mint or a small bunch fresh
2 eggs
salt
a pinch of ground nutmeg

Cooking method

  • Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater. Mix the minced meat with apples, salt, eggs, mint and nutmeg. Knead well. Shape the meatballs and fry them in a skillet over medium heat on all sides until golden brown.
