Cappuccino sauce

Ingredients

1 glass = 250 ml
3 glasses of milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 table. spoons of starch
3-4 sachets

Cooking method

  • Boil 2 cups of milk with sugar in a saucepan, add cappuccino, stir well. Remove from stove. Dissolve the starch in 1 glass (of the total) of cold milk and pour in a thin stream into hot milk with cappuccino. Return the saucepan to the stove, bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Perfect with pancakes, strudel, unsweetened waffles.

Note

1 sachet = 18 gr (Nescafe)
Other manufacturers may have different weights, but 1 sachet is always for 1 cup. I also use non-portioned cappuccino, then I take 3-4 tablespoons.
