Serves 4

500 g chicken or turkey chops
1-2 cloves of garlic
2 table. spoons (70 g) tomato paste
50 gr feta cheese or feta cheese
100 g bacon (sliced)
dry or fresh basil
salt, pepper to taste

300 gr pasta (spirals)
2 medium tomatoes
3-4 feathers of green onions
150 gr sun-dried tomatoes or olives (optional)
200 gr feta cheese or not very salted feta cheese
4 dessert spoons of pesto sauce
Chop the chops through the cling film. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the tomato paste with the garlic passed through a press and the cheese grated on a fine grater. Brush the chops with this mixture. Sprinkle lightly with dry or fresh basil. Place a slice of bacon on top. Roll up the structure as tightly as possible with a roll. Cut into 2 cm thick slices and string on kebab skewers. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Put the spirals to cook in salted water.
At this time, remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into thin strips. Chop the green onion (only the green part) into thin rings. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into thin strips. Cut the cheese into cubes.
Fry the chicken breasts in heated vegetable oil on each side for about 4 minutes; if desired, add a pinch of rosemary and thyme to the oil for frying.
Drain pasta, add pesto sauce, stir. Add tomatoes, onions, cheese. Stir again, bring to taste (salt, pepper).
Serve with skewered chicken rolls.

I used a store-bought pesto sauce, but here is the recipe.

25 grams of pine nuts (lightly fry in a dry skillet)
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of basil (leaves)
25 gr freshly grated parmesan cheese
50 ml olive oil (approx)
