"Pyaterochka" sauce for spaghetti or rice

for 4 servings

400 ml cream (liquid, drinkable, fat content does not matter)
4 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato puree
50 grams of hard cheese (4 tablespoons of grated parmesan)
Parsley
Pepper, salt to taste

The sauce is so named because it has five ingredients starting with a "P": Panna (cream) Passata di Pomodoro (tomato puree) Parmigiano (parmesan) Prezzemolo (parsley) Pepe (pepper)

Pour cream into a saucepan, boil. Add tomato puree (or mashed tomatoes in your own juice). Cut the cheese into small pieces or grate and add. Finely chop the parsley and add. Spice up. Pour over cooked spaghetti or rice.
Fast and delicious!

Luchochekdo not fold! I don’t know what the Germans are pouring into cream, but they never curled up. And I added tomato paste, and mashed potatoes, and poured juice from tomatoes in my own juice - at least that! And I do it often - my husband loves very much.
At what stage do the grains appear? Right away or when you add cheese? Maybe it's our domestic cheese that falls out in grains?

Well, no words !!!!! If I say that it’s delicious, then I didn’t say anything! My household liked it madly! And how I liked it !!!!! My son brought spaghetti, Parmesan from Italy (which I, on the advice of our members of the forum, perfectly keep in the freezer) and kept asking me to cook the SUCH that he ate there. And I didn't know what he ate there? !!!! Stelochka! After this sauce, he is like scream will scream: "It, it is IT !!!!!" Fuh, thank God that I thought of cooking "Pyaterochka"! THANKS !!!!
