I hasten to report: I cooked yesterday Beef liver in curry marinade and oat breading, since I haven’t gotten a tenderizer yet, and I had a knife to poke me with a knife, I adapted fondue forks for this business, having previously fastened them with an elastic band (2 blows -12 holes), I used my own yogurt, the breading kept, well, fell off in just a few pieces , this led to the conclusion that it is necessary to carefully lay the liver into the pan, so that it does not deform, which leads to the breading falling off.
Considering that our family loves the liver very much, I think that the recipe will take root, and although I took pork liver (there was no beef liver), the dish turned out to be very tender and juicy.
Thank you so much for the recipe !!!

I also want to say thank you for the liver in oatmeal with curry. It is very tasty, besides, I had pork liver, not beef, but it turned out to be very soft, juicy and tasty. I really liked the breading, or maybe I can think of how to fry it separately, everything that fell off was eaten with great pleasure

And another thank you for the chicken with potatoes in the sleeve and the Winter Cherry Chocolate Cupcake, they just love them and, most importantly, they are quick and not troublesome.

I also liked the lazy dumplings, but a question arose. The dough I had was soft-elastic, not the same as for ordinary dumplings, did I need to add flour? And how thin do you need to roll it, did I roll it about 2-3 mm?

Thank you for your rating!

But, perhaps, the recipe is suitable for pork liver. Marinade beats off the taste and makes it tender.

The dough for lazy dumplings is indeed a little softer than for regular dumplings. But I roll it thinner. Probably 1.5 - 2 mm.

I love beef liver, and I run from pork like from fire. I find it bitter and practically inedible. Really marinade and bitterness beats off?
Stern
Only spilled bile gives bitterness to the liver. And the specific taste of the marinade definitely beats off.

Uh ... honey, I suppose, also goes into the marinade, right?

Stеrn,
Stella, how long does it take to fry everything - I always overcook And I get a liver-sole (according to any other recipes)

Stella, as always! I also adore a variety of breading, constantly experimenting (corn flour - crispy-delicious, buckwheat - not impressed, semolina with spices - delicious, all kinds of bran - I like it too, crackers - classic) I used to bread cutlets in flakes (thanks, reminded!), I confirm - very tasty
Girls, I read somewhere once, so that the breading would hold better - you need breaded chops and all that after breading, put on a dish and send it to the refrigerator for an hour - then the breading does not lag behind. I checked - it works! This is especially true for double breading - flour-egg-crackers-refrigerator for an hour - again egg-crackers-refrigerator for an hour - and everything is juicy and beautiful-non-falling!

Stеrn,
Stella, I made a liver yesterday too! The breading fell off in the process, but the liver came out just amazing - soft, juicy I tried to make a couple of pieces without oatmeal - I understood what this breading is for By the way, the fallen off oatmeal is also very tasty - I then ate it in one face
Thank you so much for the recipe!

Helen, did you fry it under the lid? If under the lid, then the breading fell off because of this.
