For 4 pieces of lavash

1 can of tuna in its own juice
8 quail eggs or chicken equivalent

for salad

a slice of Chinese cabbage or a few green lettuce leaves
2-3 feathers of green onions
small fresh cucumber
some parsley
2-3 radishes
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Make a salad. Add mayonnaise with a trembling hand, just for a bunch! Do not salt the salad!

Put salad on a piece of pita bread, tuna on top, then cut along the egg. Season with pepper and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning. Lightly (symbolically) grease the free part of the lavash with mayonnaise.
Wrap pita bread from the side of the filling, tucking it up from the sides.
