20 g potato starch

Stir the sauce frequently while cooling, as a film forms on the surface of the sauce.

Savvenok, this is not a cream, but a sauce, it should be liquid. Color from carrot juice. When I'm not lazy, I rub one carrot on a fine grater, squeeze the juice and add it to the sauce.
