2 medium onions

200 ml of water

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a skillet in heated vegetable oil until brown (well, it will start to burn a little more). Add sour cream, bring to a boil, stew until a "mushroom" smell appears, pour in cream or milk, bring to a boil.
Dissolve the starch in cold water, pour into the sauce. Bring to a boil, season. I added salt, pepper, nutmeg, curry, paprika, parsley. Simmer with stirring until the sauce begins to thicken.

I did it for dinner without anything, only onions + 300g sour cream and 200ml of water + 1 tsp with a slide of starch. The smell and taste of mushrooms is stunning. Now, if I hadn't cooked it myself, I would never have believed that there are no mushrooms there. I did not regret the onion, put in a lot, and when frying I added 1 pinch of sugar.
