250 grams of pasty cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 tea spoon of mild mustard
pepper, curry powder, paprika to taste
1 bag of onion soup (capacity 750 ml water, 3 servings)

DO NOT DRAIN !!!

Mix all components with a mixer (dough attachments), in a food processor or bread maker ("kneading" mode). Grease your hands with vegetable oil and roll 10 meatballs. Place the meatballs in a rimmed dish (or on a baking sheet), lightly greased with vegetable oil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° for 30 minutes (until golden brown). 15 minutes at T 200 °, 15 minutes at T 180 °. Very tasty! No one will ever guess that there is a third of cottage cheese in the minced meat!

Soup Bag Contents:
41% onion (dry), iodized salt, starch, vegetable fat, yeast extract, wheat flour, flavoring, fruit sugar, vegetable concentrate (celery, onion, carrot, green onion), spices, white wine extract, caramel, citric acid, maltodextrin.
Only onions were indicated in percentages.

If there is no such soup, I would put 2 cubes, 2 tablespoons (not measured) with a slide of dry onions, a regular teaspoon with a slide of starch.

it turned out very tasty and juicy, my husband did not even guess that they were with cottage cheese, although I did not find such a soup (in any case, there was no such soup in the neighboring supermarket), I replaced it with bouillon cubes + dry. onions, added 2 onions for greater naturalness, so they spoiled the situation for me, the minced meat turned out to be watery, it was difficult to form meatballs, but I didn't add anything else so as not to completely spoil the recipe, here they are, my dear ones-
