1 egg

filling
a piece of ready-made bacon (I have a slightly smoked one) the size of a matchbox
1 pickled cucumber
1 small onion
2 teaspoons ketchup
0.5 teaspoon dry dill spoons

Prepare the minced cutlet. Scroll the meat through a meat grinder, potatoes, onions, garlic, grate cheese on a fine grater, add to the minced meat. Squeeze the bread, add to the minced meat. Add the egg, season, mix well.
For the filling, lard, peeled cucumber, finely diced onion, add dry dill, add ketchup, mix.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil, form 6 cakes, put a heaped teaspoon of filling on each, close up, shape the cutlets, bread in breadcrumbs, fry in hot vegetable oil over low heat until golden brown and bring to readiness in the oven (T 150 °, 15-20 minutes).
