Ingredients:

Minced meat (I have minced turkey) 500-600g
Champignon 6-7 medium
Bulb onions 1 small
Cheese 350g
Egg 4 things
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • The cheese recipe is not mine, from another forum, but here it is:

  • The recipe was proposed in the "Smak" program by Ekaterina Strizhenova

  • I took all the ingredients by eye


  • Grate the cheese, pour the beaten eggs into it, mix. I got a thick mass, which I spread with a spatula on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and leveled at a temperature of 180-205. After 10 minutes of baking in AG, the mass spreads evenly over the baking sheet, after 15-20 minutes the shell is ready.

  • While the cheese is baking, you can chop the mushrooms and onions quite finely and fry them in a pan until the liquid evaporates completely, then another spoonful of sour cream there and stew a little. Cool the filling. Actually, you can do without mushrooms or replace them with what you have at hand: olives, capers, green peas, corn, bell peppers.

  • Minced meat (I took turkey, but you can chicken or meat) salt, pepper, add spices whoever likes what, mix everything with cooled mushrooms.

  • I separated the cheese crust from all sides with a spatula from the paper, took it off and turned it over with the wrong side up, laid it out directly on the foil. She put a minced sausage in the middle of it and folded the sides of the shell up, first one and then the other.

  • The roll, as I said, was wrapped in foil with the seam of the fur coat down and set in the AG to bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 235, then I opened the foil and another 5 minutes at the maximum temperature.


The total cooking time is approximately

30 minutes.
