Hello everyone!!!!!! I join the lovers of comfortable cooking Just yesterday I bought this wonderful little thing moulinex minut cook! So far I managed to try one dish: stewed pork with potatoes, in VD mode, she herself is still in shock how quickly and so amazingly delicious !!! I want to cook orange charlotte, but I just wanted to know how much the multi-glass has? And then a measuring cup is not provided for our miracle car ...

IRR
Sashe4ka, welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your purchase.

In my glass from a rice cooker 180 ml. Prepare - unsubscribe, otherwise I won't be able to bake in it. I'm afraid to spoil everything. And attach a photo, we really love to look at photos here.

shl. here's just in case - rice theme read at your leisure - there is about a measuring scale in a saucepan. Pilaf learn to cook delicious and all sorts of porridge in it with half a kick

Good day! Accept in your ranks. Today I became the owner of a fast multi. I stopped at Moulinex, because in our city Ponasonikov was not in any store, and the cartoon was urgently needed. Today I have already experimented, cooked pilaf, the result was very impressive. Tomorrow I will cook borschik, and maybe something else
girls, I have a question about porridge. Today I wanted to put it to languish in the auto-heating mode for a night, but I saw in the instructions that this mode is not desirable for meat and dairy products. Maybe this is raw food. What do you say to that?
Sashe4ka
Good evening everyone !! I continue my culinary experiments ..... All the same, I made an orange charlotte ... It turned out very tasty, but I didn't put enough sugar and oranges (only 2 pieces). I cooked it last night, today I didn't find the charlotte for dinner, my husband ate a sweet tooth :) I cooked according to a recipe for multi Panasonic. I post the promised photos, sorry for the quality of the photos from the phone ..

Hello everyone! neither can I buy a multicooker for myself. already opted for a 4.5L Panasonic, but I was ahead! Now I'm looking at 6-liter mulinex and I think, do I really need it or what? the fact is that initially in the multicooker I was attracted by the idea of maximum time saving! but on the forum, I noticed that girls use different modes, interfere with something, add something, and so on ... I sincerely don't understand why a cartoon is needed then? you can do this in a saucepan on the stove ?! it makes sense then to pay 7 thousand rubles per copy, so that later the same does not leave her? for me, in any case, the meaning of purchasing multi is lost. maybe I don't understand why? if not right, reassure me pliz!
and one more thing, in the instructions in the store I read that there is a delay in cooking, in particular, I am interested in milk porridge in the morning without my participation. but from the posts I realized that this cartoon does not have such an opportunity ???

Good day! Now I also have this wonderful thing. I cooked sorrel soup in a slow cooker in chicken broth, steamed khanum with vegetables, stewed chicken liver with potatoes and pumpkin in coconut sauce. I cooked oatmeal porridge, but it was not very successful for me, I will try again. I am glad that it takes less time to cook, you do not have to stand over the pan and make sure that nothing escapes, put it on to prepare and go on with my own business. So that's the right thing for me.

Lana_56, my vegetables remain whole and not overcooked. I didn't leave it for heating, so I can't say anything about this. I made steamed potatoes and carrots for salad (diced potatoes) - 5 min. at high pressure + blew off steam, everything worked out with a bang.

Khanum... I do it according to the recipe. I only pass the beef meat through a meat grinder, if there is no fat, then I add milk. Sprinkle onions with salt and pepper and mnu gently. I put the grated pumpkin on top of the meat and onions. In the MS I did it in a steam basket at high pressure for 7 minutes, did not release the steam. At the bottom, I fried onions, carrots, bell peppers, tomatoes, a little homemade mayonnaise and added 0.5 tbsp. water. She put out everything at the same time. The vegetables are like caviar.

Chicken liver... She turned on the MC for frying, while she was warming herself peeled carrots, onions, potatoes, pumpkin. First I fry the onions, carrots, then add the liver in batches. Added chopped potatoes and pumpkin (half of a serving of potatoes). Place the lid back on and turn off toasting. She poured the required amount of hot water into a separate container, added 1/2 can of coconut milk, salt and nutmeg there. mixed everything and poured into the MS. Separately divorced 1 st. l. flour and also added to the MC. I put it on high pressure for 5 minutes, did not release steam. It turned out very tasty.

What I have not cooked in the last two weeks, so many delicious things were
I'll start with porridge. cooked: corn with raisins, barley, millet, wheat, rice with dried apricots. The porridges are very, very tasty !!! Significantly different from those cooked on the stove. only if left on heating for a long time, it turns out a little dry.
First courses: hodgepodge, pea soup, borscht, bean soup, chicken with noodles. I even experimented a little. I cooked the broth in a cartoon and poured a little into a liter saucepan. I cooked borsch from the same ingredients on the stove in a saucepan, and in a mult. What was cooked in an ordinary saucepan was so different both in color and taste And the fact that I cooked a cartoon reminded me of borscht from my childhood, we were given this in kindergarten
I was struck by how quickly peas and beans are cooked under high pressure. The peas turned into porridge in 35 minutes, without any soaking. The beans were cooked for 20 min ID. then washed and another 20 minutes on high pressure.
xoxotyshka
Yanata.vs, tell me, please, and you cook corn porridge and rice. Rice turns out to be so sticky (like a smudge, but the grains are whole)? My porridge turns out in lumps and does not boil at all, although I pour enough water + milk. Thank you.

Good evening. Made Belgian cottage cheese biscuit.
600g cottage cheese (rub through a sieve)
350g sour cream (or homemade yogurt)
120g sugar
5 eggs
70g flour
a packet of vanilla sugar
Beat everything well, if there is a desire and time, you can separate the whites from the yolks. Beat them until stiff and add to the dough. She baked on the "Toasting" mode for 20-25 minutes, left for 10-15 minutes in the MC, then took it out and turned it over neatly on a plate. Up remained white. Better to cover with baking paper, otherwise the bottom will stick.
I found the recipe long ago, thanks to the author. For me, an ordinary cottage cheese, but very tasty and airy.

Yes. I somehow cooked oatmeal for 30 minutes at low pressure and the porridge turned out almost on baked milk. But this is IMHO wrong baked milk - with a broken technology. The most unique thing is in a slow cooker - at a low temperature. exactly MELT. and for a long time - all night.

very subjective. Many a pressure cooker is used specifically for broths.

poured to max., so much comes out, almost does not boil away. Cooked for 3 hours. Freezes without gelatin.

Bought me and my wife and child sowing contraption yesterday. Due to lack of time, I acquired it precisely in order to fill up everything, close it and then open it ready-made without constant opening and closing. While trying the current. Serious meals were not made. And so far I have found few recipes on the internet.

I prepared buckwheat for testing. Delicious and fast. 5 minutes on high pressure and ready, the water flow added a little, it was necessary for 1 glass of buckwheat 2.5 glasses of water.

My wife tried to make chicken broth today. 15 minutes on high pressure and you're done. I don't know, maybe less time is needed.

I really want to try oatmeal with milk. The exact proportions are not clear. I suppose that for a glass of oatmeal you need 3 glasses of milk (or more) and put on HP for 3 minutes? Or am I wrong and it will run away?

I am interested in recipes adapted for a multi-pressure cooker for fish, but I hardly found them.

And who cooked pasta?
topchan
Do I understand correctly? So I want to cook pasta with vegetables, I just need to stuff it all into a saucepan and put it on stewing for a while and how to cook (the liquid runs out) will it turn off immediately? Or will the entire content burn? I ask the question because I don't know how long it takes to put it.
topchan
I answer my own question)))
I poured frozen vegetables into the pressure cooker that were ... right with ice. On top I put the pasta "bows" + spices and filled it with water just above the pasta. I put it on VD for 6 minutes. Bleed off the pressure. Pancake. Water to the fig! But everything is ready, the pasta is slightly overcooked.

Conclusion. With frozen vegetables, if there is a lot of ice on them, most likely, you need to add very little or no water at all and set minutes to 4 on the HP. I will try again.

nature is like - without anything in its own juice? I would like this - I would put a fish in a saucepan, on top of a pepper, bay leaf, you can crumble an onion, a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil, half a teaspoon of vinegar or 3 slices of lemon (with a special, so as not to crumble) and 100 grams of water. and on low pressure for 10-12 minutes. I deliberately got into the recipe from Mulinex, which was attached to the pan, where almost all fish dishes are cooked in 4 minutes at high pressure. So, at low - this is 10 minutes, if the fish is whole. If cut into pieces, then 8 minutes IMHO will be enough. But! you must, of course, try everything, customize it for yourself.

Oh yeah! this is her strong point. If in an ordinary cartoon they extinguish for 4-6 hours and everyone is OK. Here, I think, in an hour on a low one they can do that - you won't find bones! (and maybe even less).

How to make a separate topic with recipes for this model. There is practically no information on the internet. Well, something like "Recipes for multicooker / pressure cooker"> "Recipes for Moulinex Minut'Cook CE 4000"> First courses, etc.

Otherwise, as I understand the owners of this samovar are becoming more and more, and they really have nowhere to unite. On another popular resource, somehow everything was completely rotten.
topchan
Here I also read about what you can make jam in this samovar.

The recipe is as follows:

Orange jam.
2 large oranges (cut into cubes)
1 cup sugar
1/2 lemon juice.
Mix. For 15 minutes at high speed.

If it seems that there is a lot of liquid, then you just need to let it cool.

I cook pea soup for 50 minutes on low pressure. All to dust! (I mean peas. The rest of the potatoes are markoshka - everything is great, in pieces)
Eskimo girl
Yesterday I put in pea soup: I put everything in at once, poured water up to max and for 60 minutes on ND. The cartoon puffed, puffed, steam escaped from under the lid, I read in the instructions that this was kind of like the norm ... in general, the timer did not start for 1.5 hours, turned it off ... after 10 minutes I opened the lid - the soup is ready, peas even boiled, the water boiled away a little, ... now I'm worried that m b. something happened to the lid, that pressure cannot be created today, just try to start with water ...

most likely, your valve was not closed tightly. Which is green on the pan. Definitely, steam should not come from under the lid. And the timer is simply obliged to start on ND. Either the gum is not tight, or the lid has not slid - the troubleshooter is somewhere in this side.

shl. I tested the Elby pressure cooker (I bought it for a friend) - everything is in English, it is not clear vapsche, so we cooked a pea just like that. The pan was puffing for itself, and we ran around it looking for something, they don't write anything on the display

Where is that in the instructions? The norm is when it releases (balances) the pressure ONCE when heated and boiled. One short PSHIK and on as usual. something like this
