small corn grits (polenta)

Beat the meat through a cling film with a ladle or a hammer without thorns.
Season with pepper and salt on both sides.

Pour finely ground polenta into a plate.
Prepared rolls are generously coated with Greek yogurt or sour cream using a teaspoon. Breaded in corn grits and fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
