Sweet pepper in marinade

3 huge sweet paprika (better imported)
1 small onion
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 small clove of garlic
1 coffee spoon of sugar
2 tablespoons olive (any vegetable) oil
salt to taste

Cut the pepper in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cut down. Bake in the oven under the grill until the skin is wrinkled and begins to slightly burn.
While the pepper is baking, chop the onion thinly in half rings, chop the garlic into thin slices, put in a bowl, add vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, mix.
Remove the peel from the finished pepper, cut it into pieces at random and mix with the marinade, cover. Refrigerate for several hours.
The smell is such that you can't swallow saliva!
