Omelet-baked potatoes

Peel and dice 4 large potatoes. Fry in vegetable oil. 2 large onions, cut into cubes, add to the potatoes and fry everything together until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, add thinly sliced ​​sausages, ham or sausage. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh herbs.
Beat 6 eggs in a froth, season with salt and pepper, add 100 grams of hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.
Pour eggs over the potatoes and place the pan in the oven. Temperature 180-200 degrees.
I baked in a silicone mold (put ready-made potatoes in a mold, sprinkled with herbs, poured eggs), because all my pans with plastic handles.
