Idyushiny pickled roll in the "sleeve"

Roll again. This time turkey in a soy-honey-paprika (my favorite) marinade. The gravy made a delicious sauce.
Recently, I have been buying a ready-made roll in a net, and before I just took a piece of turkey fillet weighing about 1 kg.
If desired, stuff the meat with garlic, carrots, lavrushka or garlic and prunes.
Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix a tablespoon of soy sauce, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of honey, salt, pepper, dry paprika, your favorite herbs, seasonings (a lot to make a gruel). Cut the meat with a knife, coat with marinade and put in a roasting sleeve (or in a glass saucepan). Put in the refrigerator.
The next day we preheat the oven to 180 °, put our meat in a sleeve on a baking sheet and put in the oven. When the gravy starts to boil, reduce the heat to 140 ° and bake for about an hour.
It is very tasty both hot and cold.
For the sauce, dilute 0.5 tsp. tablespoons of starch in a tablespoon of water, pour into the gravy and bring to a boil with constant stirring.
