Dessert apricot-caramel

Serves 4
400 gr ripe apricots
100 g of marzipan mass
4 table. spoons of pine nuts
6-8 table. tablespoons of sugar
200 ml liquid cream
2 table. tablespoons of lemon juice
2 table. tablespoons of creamy (fat) yogurt

Separate 4 apricots. Remove seeds from the rest and cut into cubes. Fold the apricots into a freezer bag, flatten and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Freeze marzipan too.
Coarsely chop the nuts. 4 table. Dissolve tablespoons of sugar in syrup, bring to a golden brown color, add nuts, mix, add cream and cook with constant stirring for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Grind frozen apricots in a food processor or blender. While whipping, add lemon juice, 4 tablespoons. tablespoons of sugar (the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of the apricots, so sugar to taste) and yogurt.
Put caramel with nuts, fresh chopped apricots, apricot puree into glasses, grate marzipan on top on a coarse grater.

My comments.
It turned out 5 servings. You can take any nuts, but be sure to pre-fry them in a dry frying pan.
Instead of marzipan (he didn't impress me) next time I'll put whipped cream on top.
In general, the dessert is very tasty and refreshing.
