We were once in an Italian restaurant at a birthday party. The men ordered the Pannacota dessert. Of course I tried it. The dish, to put it mildly, did not impress me. It tasted just a little thicker than usual milk jelly. And since I do not perceive the smell of boiled milk, I put a fat cross on this dessert and forgot about it.
But last week I saw how this dish was prepared on a Russian TV show, and then on a German one.
“Something is not right here,” I thought and decided to cook the dessert myself. This recipe is the arithmetic mean of all the recipes I could find.
And after all, really, awesomely tasty and pleasant in the heat.

Pannacota

100 ml milk
400 ml of liquid (drinking) cream, 30-35% fat
100 gr thick sour cream or cream
6 table. tablespoons of sugar
vanilla pod (optional)
sachet (9 g) gelatin

for sauce

100 gr berries
0.5 teaspoon starch

Pour the gelatin with milk and leave to swell for 15 minutes. Pour liquid cream into a saucepan, add sugar, if any, throw in the cut vanilla pod (I threw it dry from a jar with vanilla sugar) and bring to a boil. If you've boiled the pod, remove it. Add a bag of vanilla sugar. If you didn't have a pod, add 2 bags of vanilla sugar.
Heat the swollen gelatin with constant stirring until dissolved (do not boil!) And pour into the cream. Stir, add sour cream or heavy cream, taste for sweetness. If you find that there is not enough sugar, add to taste. Pour the mixture into tins and refrigerate until solidified (I poured it into small silicone muffin tins and I got 8 pieces).
Chop the berries (cherries, strawberries, raspberries ...) with a blender, boil with sugar (to taste), remove the foam, pour in the starch diluted in a spoonful of water, boil for a couple of minutes with constant stirring, cool and refrigerate.
Put the finished dessert on a plate and serve with berry sauce (I have cherry sauce).

Yesterday I prepared "Panakota" for the arrival of my beloved friend
it turned out to be so yummy it looks like a very tasty ice cream sundae
and with berry sauce just a fairy tale, a friend, after a decent dinner, ate three portions of this delicacy, said that it was the most delicious thing that she had ever tasted in her life

Dessert Pannacota

and we also drank mulled wine according to your recipe, also great
so thank you very much we were drunk yesterday and very tasty

Py. Sy. And how did you pick them out of the molds? .. I had difficulties with this - I also did it in silicone ones, so I heated them with a hairdryer to pull them out

Luchochek, good luck to you, dear! Dessert Pannacota and thanks for the report!

She dipped the molds from the refrigerator for a second into boiling water, the pannacotta itself jumped out.
