Extra meat

Cook and eat slowly!
Veal is magically good!


We take: veal (pork), honey. For the sauce (in approximately the same proportions): bacon, fresh mushrooms, pickled cucumbers (gherkins), cream, soy sauce (classic), a spoonful of flour.

So :
-Cut the meat into medallions, gently beat off, rub with salt, pepper, honey and leave to marinate for 1.5 - 2 hours
Then we prepare the sauce:
- finely chop the champignons and simmer in a saucepan for about 10-15 minutes
-after that, add the bacon cut into pieces and finely chopped cucumbers and simmer for about 10 minutes
-then add flour, cream
-after boiling, add soy sauce and….
- fry the medallions on both sides in a separate frying pan, then transfer them to a saucepan with ready-made sauce and simmer the meat until tender

The husband licked the frying pan (well ... almost ...)

I like to dig up interesting recipes. really liked this recipe. I recommend to everyone. really cooked without cucumbers. but still gorgeous delicious. especially the sauce. I didn't take a photo - they were in a hurry to eat.
