2-3 cloves of garlic
1 medium potato
1 carrot
3 tablespoons semolina
100 ml tomato juice
dry or fresh herbs
salt, pepper, seasonings to taste
Grate vegetables on a fine grater, mix with meat, semolina, juice, season, mix well. Fill the prepared pepper, cover with lids. Wrap each pepper in two layers of foil, leaving a small hole on top. Place the peppers in foil on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 160 degrees. about an hour.
