Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 450-500 g (it took me 470 g.)
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 50 g
Milk 250 g
Fresh yeast 15 g (dry - 1 hour l.)
Butter 30 g
Filling:
Sugar 50 g
Butter 50 g
Cinnamon taste

Cooking method

  • Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm milk. Leave for 10-15 minutes in a warm place.
  • Pour HP into the bucket. Add melted butter, egg, flour. Dough mode. The gingerbread man is smooth, elastic. After a lapse of time (I have 1.5 hours), the dough rose under the roof.
  • Knead the dough, put on the table. The dough does not stick to your hands, you do not need to use flour. Divide into 3 parts. Roll each part thinly, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon.
