Meat with sweet and sour gravy for CUCKOO 1054

Ingredients

Pork meat, natural cutlet, boneless 2 pcs. 300 grams
Apple 1 PC.
bulb onions 1 PC.
prunes 10 pieces.
dry wine 120 ml.
water 1 glass
salt taste
grilling spices 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Meat with sweet and sour gravy for CUCKOO 1054

  • Preparation:
  • Salt the meat, roll in spices.
  • Preheat a Kuku pot on the Browning level 2 setting, add oil and garlic. Discard the garlic after frying.
  • Add meat and fry until blush on both sides. Place the meat in a bowl.
  • Fry / stew apples (in pieces), onions (in pieces), prunes in a saucepan, add salt to taste.
  • Put back the fried meat, add dry wine, water, taste, salt, spices.
  • Switch on the Multi-cook mode for 15 minutes 110 * and bring to readiness.
  • Prepare the gravy.
  • Put the stewed vegetables / fruits together with the liquid in a glass and beat until mashed with a blender.

  • Transfer the finished meat to a plate, add the sauce / gravy.
  • Everything is very simple, fast and delicious!
