Ingredients

Cherry tomatoes 6 pcs
Mushrooms - any, took white 1 PC
Cauliflower - used from the freezer, do not defrost! 1-2 handfuls
Corn - used from the freezer 1 \ 2 st
Salt taste
Spices for soup 1 tsp
Fresh greens 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • First, I prepared the meat broth separately, since the cabbage is frozen and will be ready faster than meat and will boil completely.
  • I put meat in a saucepan, a little salt, a little dried herbs, 700 ml. water, Multi-cook mode 13-15 minutes 110 *, I bring to readiness.
  • I add to the broth all the vegetables cut into pieces (size to taste), cabbage and corn directly from the freezer, put the tomatoes whole, add salt, spices for the soup, fresh herbs. I add water to the desired thickness of the soup.
  • Multi-cook mode 5-7 minutes 110 * and bring it to readiness.
