If a power failure occurs for more than 20 minutes, the settings are not saved and the program must be restarted. But, if, in the event of a power failure, the process has advanced no further than the dough kneading phase, you can press the On / On button to start the program from the beginning.

Operating procedure

Before first use

When using the appliance for the first time, a small amount of smoke and a characteristic odor may appear. This is normal and will stop soon. Make sure the device has adequate ventilation.

1. Please check if all parts and accessories are present and undamaged.

2. Clean all parts of the device as described in the chapter "Cleaning and storage".

3. Before using for the first time, it is recommended to grease the baking dish and spatula with heat-resistant fat with a brush and heat in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 ° C. After cooling, rub the fat into the sides of the baking dish with a napkin (buff). This will strengthen the non-stick coating. This process can be repeated from time to time.

4. Assemble the instrument so that it is ready for use.

Baking bread

Observe the safety instructions in these operating instructions. Place the bread maker on a flat and stable surface.

1. Remove the baking dish from the appliance. Insert the stirring paddle onto the drive shaft in the baking dish. Make sure it sits firmly in place.

2. Place the ingredients in the mold in the sequence shown in the recipe. Pour liquids first, then add sugar, salt, then flour. Always put yeast last. Make a small indentation in the flour with your finger and add yeast there. Make sure the yeast does not come into contact with salt or liquids.

4. Place the baking dish back into the appliance. Make sure it is installed properly. Close the appliance cover and insert the plug into the socket.

5. A beep will sound and the control panel will default to program 1 - Regular White Bread. Select the program you need by pressing the Program Selection button. Each press is accompanied by a sound signal. The degree of roasting is set with the Select roasting mode button. The Weight selection button sets the desired baked volume in accordance with the selected recipe.

6. Press the On / Off button to start the selected program.

Attention!

You can delay program execution as follows:

After completing point 5 (see above), on the display you will see the program execution time (for example 2h55m). This means that if it is 12h00m now, the bread will be ready at 14h55m. If you want it to be ready, for example, at 18h30, then by pressing the Time + button, increase the time on the display to bchZOm, because 12h00m + 6h30m = 18h30m. If in the process of increasing the time you made a mistake, you can reduce the time with the Time button Please note that you only set the time interval after which you want to receive the finished bread. The device "calculates" itself when it needs to turn on. Then follow point 6 (see above).

7. For programs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 11: while baking bread with these programs, you will hear a long beep (8 beeps), indicating that it is time to add ingredients. Open the lid and add the ingredients. Steam may escape through the lid during baking - this is normal.

8. When the baking process is over, 12 beeps will sound. Then press the On / Off button and hold it down for 3-5 seconds to turn off the program. Then open the lid of the appliance and carefully remove the baking dish using oven mitts.

Attention: The baking dish and bread are very hot! There is a risk of burns!

9. Allow the bread to cool before removing it from the mold.

10. Turn the pan over, shake it slightly so that the finished bread comes out of the pan. If the bread does not come out of the mold (does not slide off the mixing paddle), carefully remove the paddle from the bread using the supplied hook to detach the paddle from the bread.

11. Then remove the bread from the mold and let it cool for 20 minutes before slicing it.

12. If at the end of the program you are not near and / or the On / Off button has not been pressed, the heating mode is automatically turned on and after heating is finished, the power is turned off (the bread is heated for 1 hour). Heating can be interrupted by pressing the On / Off button.

13. At the end of the program or when not using the appliance, disconnect the plug from the socket.

Cleaning and storage

- Before baking for the first time, wash the mixing paddle and rinse the baking dish with water without immersing it in water.

- Before using for the first time, it is recommended to grease the baking dish and spatula with heat-resistant fat using a brush and heat in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 ° C. After cooling, rub the fat into the sides of the baking dish with a napkin (buff). This will strengthen the non-stick coating. This process can be repeated from time to time.

- After using the bread maker, always let it cool down before cleaning or putting it away. It takes about half an hour to cool down, after which you can start baking or making dough again.

- Before cleaning the bread maker, always unplug and let the bread maker cool down. Use a mild detergent. Never use solvents, benzine, oven cleaners or abrasive / aggressive products.

- Remove ingredients and crumbs from the lid, body and oven with a damp cloth.

Never immerse the bread maker in water and never pour water into the baking dish.

- Wipe the outside of the baking dish with a damp cloth. The inside of the mold can be rinsed with water. Do not keep the mold under water for a long time and please do not use abrasive detergents under any circumstances!

- Wash the stirring paddle as well as the drive roller immediately after use. If the scapula is left in the mold, then it is difficult to pull it out from there. In this case, pour warm water into a container for about 30 minutes. The paddle can then be easily removed.

- The baking dish has a non-stick coating. Therefore, do not use any metal objects when cleaning, which may scratch the surface. It is normal for the coating to change color over time; its functionality does not change from this.

- Before storing the bread maker in the cupboard, make sure it is completely cool, clean and dry. Store the bread maker with the lid closed.

What should I do if the stirring paddle gets stuck in the baking dish after baking?

Add hot water to the baking dish and twist the spatula to loosen the sticky dough underneath.

What happens if you leave the bread after baking in

bread maker?

The "Heating" mode turns on immediately after the end of the program and will heat your bread for about 1 hour and protect it from moisture. Leaving bread in the bread maker for more than 1 hour may cause it to become damp.

Is the baking dish dishwasher safe?

No. Please wash the baking dish and stirring pad by hand.

Why isn't the dough stirring even though the engine is running?

Make sure the stirring paddle and baking dish are set correctly.

What should I do if the stirring paddle remains in the bread?

Remove the spatula from the bread using the hook to detach the spatula from the bread

What happens if a power failure occurs during a program?

If there is a power failure for no more than 20 minutes, the device will turn on again and the program will continue from the same moment.

How long does the bread take to bake?

You can check the exact time by observing the sequence of the program.

The added raisins are ground in the device.

To avoid crushing ingredients such as fruits or nuts, you can add them to the dough after the beep or after the first stirring process has finished.

The letters LLL or ННН appeared on the electronic board, and continuously served signal.

The device has overheated.

In this case, immediately unplug the appliance and let it cool down.

Questions arising from baking

- When can you open the lid of the bread maker during operation?

This is possible while mixing the dough. During this time, small amounts of flour or liquid can be added if necessary.

If you want the bread to look appetizing after baking, proceed as follows: before the last "raising" of the dough, carefully open the lid and cut the crust formed with a sharp, preheated knife, or sprinkle it with grains, or brush the crust with potato flour thickly diluted in water ... Then the crust will shine after baking. At this time, the lid can be opened for the last time, otherwise the bread will fall off.

- What is coarse flour?

Coarse flour can be obtained from all types of grain, including wheat. The name "coarse flour" means that the flour was obtained from whole grains and that it contains much more ballast components. Therefore, whole wheat flour is slightly darker than regular wheat flour. This does not mean that the bread baked from it will be dark.

- What to look for when baking bread from rye flour?

Rye flour does not contain gluten, and the dough from such flour hardly rises. Therefore, wholemeal rye bread is made from sour dough.

The dough will rise only if you replace at least 1/4 of the amount of gluten-free rye flour specified in the recipe with premium flour.

- What is gluten in flour?

The highest gluten content in the premium flour, less in the first grade, the smallest in the second grade. The more gluten the flour contains, the better the dough grows.

- What types of flour are there and how are they used?

A) corn, rice, potato flour is suitable for preparing foods for allergy sufferers.

B) spelled flour (wheat variety) is very expensive, but it does not have any chemical impurities, since spelled grows on very poor soils and does not accept any fertilizers. This flour is especially suitable for making bread for allergy sufferers. In this case, you can use all the recipes for flour of the highest, first and second grades as described in the recipes below.

B) millet flour is suitable, in particular, for making bread for persons suffering from various forms of allergies. All recipes for high, first and second grade flour can be used as described below.

D) flour from durum wheat, due to its consistency, is especially suitable for making bread like "baguette"

- How is freshly baked bread better absorbed?

Bread is absorbed better if you add 1 boiled mashed potato to the flour during cooking.

- In what ratio are baking powder used?

When using a baking powder, you must follow the manufacturer's recommendations on the package and add the amount of the ingredient in accordance with the amount of flour.

- What to do if the bread tastes like yeast?

A) If you used sugar, reduce the amount. This will make the loaf a little lighter.

B) Add some wine vinegar to the water. For a small loaf, 1.5 tablespoons, and for a larger loaf, 2 tablespoons.

B) Replace the water with buttermilk or kefir, which is, in principle, possible for all recipes, and is recommended to keep the bread fresh for a long time.

- Why does the bread from the oven taste different from the bread baked in the bread maker?

This is due to the varying degrees of humidity: in the oven, due to its larger volume, the bread is drier.

Bread baked in a bread maker contains more moisture.
